I love watching cartoons with my mum and my sister!

Brainstorm- the weekend  

• Cartoons - Mech x 4.
• Food- pizza and chips.
• Who - Me ,Sililo, Moonia and mum.
• When - Sunday 28th of April.
• Drinks - Mountain dew.
• Where - home

Last Sunday Sililo, Moonia, my mum and I watched Mech x 4. It was about four children who found a robot named Mech x 4. They went inside the robot through an elevator at the base of his foot. They discovered that there was a laboratory that controlled the robot.  

While we were watching Mech x 4 I started to feel hungry so I asked my mum if we could have pizza and chips. I had pepperoni pizza because it was my favourite pizza topping Moonia had cheese just like mum because they didn’t want any other toppings on the pizza and Sililo had meat lovers because he likes to eat the mince that is on the top of the pizza. When the cartoon ended, it was time for us to go to sleep.

My favourite part was watching Mech x 4 and having pizza because the pizza was so delicious.

Learning Intention: I am learning to understand and follow the structure of a recount.
Success Criteria: I know I could this when I write an introduction, events and then a conclusion about my weekend.

Alleluia! I have met the risen Lord!

Learning Intention: We are learning how Christians today can meet the risen Lord. 
Success Criteria: I know I could do this when I list 6 ways that will enable us to meet the risen Lord. 

Alleluia, Christ has risen!

Learning Intention: We are learning about the importance of Easter.
Success Criteria: I know I could do this when I write 8 facts about Easter.

I love Easter because it's my favourite season!

Learning intention: we are learning about the importance of Easter.

Success Criteria: I know I can do this when I explain the symbols that are on the Easter candle.

Orienteering is so tiring!

Today Room 7 had orienteering. First we were given a map to guide us to find the controls and a piece of paper so we can clip off at each location . I gave it a try and I found the first control, then I quickly moved onto the next one. I kept running and running until I reached the last control. When I finished the course, I gave my piece of paper and my map to Irene and it was so much fun. 

Learning Intention: We are learning  to write a verbal recount.
Success criteria: I know I can do this when I write a brief verbal recount of our last Orienteering session.
